蔓延防止が開けてから河口湖と山中湖に行ってきました。
今回は第２弾
山中湖の森の中の小さなオーベルジュ。
10年ほど前に一度お世話になりました。
その時食べたお料理が忘れられなくて。。。
この10年の間に何度か山中湖には訪れてはいるのですが、諸事情があって秋桜さんには行けませんでした。
でも近くを通る度あの朝食の鱒の焼き魚と卵焼きが蘇って来ていつか必ず行きたいと思っていたので、今回又行くことができて嬉しかった。
そして10年前と変わらぬ眉毛がチャームポイントのオーナーシェフの豪快さと繊細なお料理の数々。
楽しいお話。お部屋の窓からの美しい富士山の眺め。
どれをとっても幸せなひと時でした。
秋桜さんから歩いて２分の所に湖があるのですが
10年前はサイクリングロードとか無かったような。。。
道を挟まず直で湖畔だったような記憶。。。定かではないですが。
10年前に赤富士がとても綺麗だったので今回も！と期待したのですが5:30起では 既に遅かったのが後悔。
この機会にどうかオーベルジュとペンションの違いも知っていただきたい。
オーベルジュは食事がメインだと言うことを。

I went to Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanaka after the spread prevention was opened.
This time is the second small auberge in the forest of Lake Yamanaka.
I was taken care of once about 10 years ago.
I can’t forget the food I ate at that time. .. ..
I have visited Lake Yamanaka several times in the last 10 years, but I couldn’t go to Mr. Akisakura due to various reasons.
But every time I passed by, the grilled fish and omelet of trout for breakfast came back and I always wanted to go, so I was happy to be able to go again this time.
And the eyebrows that are the same as 10 years ago are the charm point of the owner chef’s liveliness and delicate dishes.
A fun story. Beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from the window of the room.
It was a very happy time.
There is a lake 2 minutes on foot from Mr. Akisakura.
It seems that there was no cycling road 10 years ago. .. ..
I remember that it was a lakeside straight without across the road. .. .. I’m not sure.
Red Fuji was very beautiful 10 years ago, so this time too! I expected it, but I regret that it was already late at 5:30.
Please take this opportunity to know the difference between auberge and pension.
Auberge says that food is the main thing.
